Payments are made through bank transfer and PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account to make the payment, follow the instructions on paypal and you can make the payment using a debit or credit card. Full payment (ordered items’ total cost plus shipping cost) is required for orders to be dispatched.

Orders are packed with great care in recycled packaging if possible. We use Hellenic Post, registered first class postal to send orders worldwide. The shipping charges quoted are based on these prices.

Orders are dispatched on Thursdays and Fridays to the address given on the e-shop order form. If you require your order to be send at a different address, please state it on the form. It normally takes 5-6 working days within Europe and approximately 10 to 15 working days overseas. If you require special shipping methods (faster, insurance etc.) additional charges apply, convo us for an exact quote.

We give the best to make sure that all orders leave the shop at their best condition. If something goes wrong, we will offer exchange, refund or credit for future purchases. Although , we will ask you to return it, so we can inspect it and configure what was the problem. Returning shipping charges are paid by the buyer. We do not hold responsibility for damages or losses due to improper handling by the Postal Service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s change of mind. However, in the unlike event that the item is completely different than the one you expected, please do contact us. We will provide exchange, refund or credit for future purchases once we receive the item back, in its original condition, provided that you return it within 2 days of receipt.

The color shades of the photos of the listings as shown on the screen may have slight variations than the real ones.

We would like to apologize for any difference could appear regarding the fabrics. Unfortunately,the last years in greek market, the fabrics’ sales are very confined, because of the financial crisis. We do our best to replace fabrics with similar designs, in order to keep the same results of the products.

If you want the product to be sent as a gift, please note that packaging products and gift tag are available. Please inform us if you like to include a message in the gift tag or if you want to leave out pricing details from the documents which supplied with the parcel.
